On /launch, partners select or link the wallet that contributed. Unpaid tokens show a claim path instead of a contribute lock when that wallet is selected.

Try it
Open Foundation Pack and pick the contributing wallet. If that wallet already holds unpaid pack units, the page should show claim instead of contribute.
