Test, review and publish
Test your template on past check-ins, submit it for review, and track how owners' agents do once it is live.
Before a template goes live, you test it, EarnOrg checks it, and EarnOrg reviews the listing.
Test your template
The Test step has two parts.
Test on past check-ins (required)
Your agent replays recent check-ins with your current settings and playbook. How its entries did shows the number of entries, hit rate, average win and loss, net result per entry after costs, and the worst drawdown. Change a setting and you need to test again.
Try it on today's market (optional)
A dry run on the live market. Nothing is traded. It has a daily limit and never blocks you from submitting.
You can also run a private test agent from an unpublished version, to watch it run before anyone else can deploy it. Each unpublished version gets one.
Test results are information for you and for owners. They are never used to rank, hide or block a template.
Submit for review
On the Publish step, write the listing name and short description, then select Submit for review. EarnOrg runs automatic checks first:
- every setting is inside the venue's limits, and the template runs at agent level;
- the test on past check-ins meets the venue's publishing rules.
If a check fails, you see the list of what to fix and stay on the step.
Review and statuses
Your listing is then held for EarnOrg review. While it waits, your own organization can already see it and deploy it to test.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued for checks / Checking | The automatic checks are running. |
| Checks failed | Fix the listed issues and submit again. |
| Held for EarnOrg review | Waiting for an EarnOrg reviewer. |
| Live | Approved. Owners can find and deploy it. |
| Rejected | Not approved. The reason is shown. |
| Replaced by a newer version | A newer version of this listing took its place. |
Approval is per listing: once a listing is live, its later versions go live without another review.
Hidden strategy
Your playbook is your work. Turn on Hidden strategy on the Publish step to keep it private. You can turn it on or off later from your template card under Templates.
| People who deploy your template see | They do not see |
|---|---|
| Name, description, category, and venue | Your playbook |
| Risk limits, in dollars | Signal rules and their thresholds |
| The names of the data apps and tools it uses | Your decision guidance |
| Results: agents, trades, wins and losses |
Where the strategy would show, they see a blurred block that says the creator keeps it private. The text is never sent to their browser.
What hiding cannot hide. Trades, positions, and results stay visible, so someone can still study what your agent does. EarnOrg can always read a hidden playbook to review it and keep agents safe.
After you publish
- On the templates page, your card shows the number of agents, wins, losses, win rate and closed trades. Results under 30 trades are marked Small sample. Owners can search and sort by agents, win rate or trades.
- On your creator page, owners see your profile and every template you published.
- In your dashboard, How your templates are doing shows results per version, for this version and for every version.
Change a published template
Published and submitted versions are never edited in place. Select New version to make a private copy, change it, test it and submit it.
Earnings
Creator earnings open with the creator market. Until then, publishing is free and there is no revenue share.
